• To ensure the long lifetime and stable accuracy, all the castings are heavy high grade and good quality, being properly heat treatment. The quideway is hardening by extra-frequency induction machine to reach above HRC50 hardness.
• 5 Positions turret is indexing by high precision cuvic couplings with 120 divided teeth ensuring high rigidity. Standard machine is equipped with 2 axis DRO and scales. (4 axis DRO is optional).
• Grounded gears and bevel gears are used in the gearbox to ensure high precision, low noise and long lifetime.
• Many optional choices such as German MECANO operation panel box, roller guideway table, higher table bed, prolonged ram and square ram etc.
